Youthful Energy

I was asked to photograph a young man who was FILLED with energy (much more than I had at the moment) Instead of fighting it, I decided to use his energy to my advantage. I set up my camera and lights on one end of a long hallway and had him run to the other. Then, once everything was set up and ready to go, I had him run to the other side of the hallway, and on the count of three, run towards me and act like he was sliding into home plate before making it to my camera set up. I then had him do this again, and again, and again... till I finally got the photo I was looking for. It didn't necessarily wear him out at all, but his mother and I got a few good laughs out of it! :- )
